This was the very first painting in a brand new sketchbook and it honestly felt like a burst of inspiration the moment I started it. I have always loved weeping willows and so did my mom, so this tree has always carried a soft meaning for me. I wanted the colors to feel calm and peaceful, almost like standing in front of a sunset that makes you stop for a second and breathe.
This is an original painting and it comes with an 8x10 mat border. It is ready to ship and will be sent out already matted so it can be framed and enjoyed right away.
